3. FISHING CONDITIONS
The big bass are finally starting to show up with big fish coming to the surface to strike flies. Wolf fish were also very active this week. Overall, this was a great week for fly fishing topwater flies. The river is much lower, and the water is gin clear with lots of wading opportunities and amazing scenarios to fish. Guests have enjoyed seeing lots of birds around the lodge, and we also saw a couple of tapirs.

- Peacock Bass: 60cm
- Wolf Fish: 81cm
- Mantrinxã: 47cm
- Pacu Borracha: 33cm
- Pacu Prata: 37cm
