FISHING CONDITIONS
With our 2021 season coming to a close, we finished off very strong with a great group of anglers, one from the US, one from Brazil, and two from Sweden! Our first night, we were greeted by rain, followed by great Peacock Bass fishing, one even taping at 66 cm.
The Bicudas put on a firework show with top water action on poppers and crease flies. Our good friend Kevin caught a nice wolf fish on a bamboo rod as well, which is likely the first ever at the lodge! It was a great final week, a phenomenal job by all our anglers making the most of awesome conditions!
Check out some of our big fish stats this week:
Total number of fish landed in the week: 341
Biggest fish landed in the week:
Wolf Fish: 80 cm
Peacock Bass: 66 cm
Mantrinxã: 47 cm
